Here in Dejavu our aim is to deliver to our customers a high quality service and products.


Exchange and Return Policy;


- All requests for exchange and return must be raised within 14 days from the invoice date. Goods are to be returned in its original brand new condition via sender’s preferred delivery mode.

- Contact the Customer Service department for returns.


Other Terms and Conditions;


- Please note that item(s) purchased via DEJAVU.SHOES can only be returned online. Item(s) purchased from DEJAVU.SHOES is not eligible for returns at any retail or departmental stores.

- DEJAVU.SHOES does not provide any exchange services online. Any returns for exchange purposes will be refunded via online store credit for new purchases.

- All original shipping and/or handling charges are non-refundable.

- All promotional items are non-exchangeable and non-refundable.
